William Arinze stands as a leading figure in the realm of drone technology and STEM education. As Managing Director of The Drone Rules LTD (TDR) and the founding force behind Drone City, he weaves together his insight into innovative, world changing technologies with inspiring and hope-filled narratives.
Recognised by the British Standards Institute (BSI) as a National Expert, he chaired the BSI committee on Drone Operations & Procedures in the UK. William is a well sought after consultant for super complex drone operations that enable live broadcasting at sporting events as well as helping pivotal government sectors like the Civil Aviation Authority and the NHS who are using drones in momentous ways.
Will’s personal story is one of the most important stories we share at Drone City: A vulnerable child from Yorkshire who was constantly excluded from school, through love, passion, and determination, became one of the the youngest, and successful Drone consultant in the UK at just 30 years old. Will’s dream is to share that love, passion, and determination with other disadvantaged young people to help them achieve their dreams as well.

Bryanna Clare is an experienced author, storyteller, and educator. As the head of TDR's Drone City, Bryanna integrates innovative technology with inspirational storytelling.
Bryanna is deeply committed to raising aspirations in young people by showcasing real careers and enterprises that are making a difference today. Her dedication to making STEM careers accessible to all is evident in Drone City’s initiatives, which include a series of research-backed picture books, interactive workshops, and an extensive offering free educational resources.
As the author of the Drone City: STEM careers curriculum and co-creator of its accompanying picture books, her inspirational talks and powerful storytelling promise to bring insightful perspectives on the intersection of technology, education, and sustainability.
Bryanna’s personal story of being diagnosed with ADHD and Dyscalculia has had an invaluable impact on SEND students struggling to find the motivation and hope to more forward in their studies with confidence.
